disapointed I purchased a new 2020 Grand Cherokee on 12/14/19 from Roesch Jeep.I told the salesman that I did not want the extended warranty. It wasn't until the next day,when I reviewed the paperwork in detail that I noticed it was added.I contacted the dealership,and was assured it would be deleted. Now I wait and hope. I viewed other Jeep websites to find that St.Charles jeep discounts the SAME vehicle $3,500.00 more,with no caveats.In summary,it pays to shop,and do not buy from Roesch Jeep! More

We went for a repair on the backup camera of a 2015 Chrysler 300 which they took care of after leaving it there for several days of waiting for parts. The service center said we needed rear brake pads Chrysler 300 which they took care of after leaving it there for several days of waiting for parts. The service center said we needed rear brake pads and rotors $656, a brake flush $159, rear differential service $189 and fuel system service $189 for a total of $1193. We decided to bring the vehicle to someone who has worked on our cars in the past. He checked the vehicle out and found that the brakes were fine and pads were barely worn. He recommended coming back after another 15000 miles and he would see about replacing them then. We wound up with an oil change for $30. Might be smart to get second opinion from a reputable mechanic. More
