Great service (advisor) I needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced and went to the dealership without an appointment. My service advisor had me order the mirror dire I needed to have my passenger side mirror replaced and went to the dealership without an appointment. My service advisor had me order the mirror directly from the parts department. The mirror was not in stock but would be shipped to them overnight, The service advisor told me that they were booked solid for the next 3 week but that he would work me in somehow if I came in the next morning. Bought I Car I Never Intended To Buy 😁 I was unsatisfied with all SUVs that I've seen on the market so I was content with keeping my 2014 Dodge Journey for a few more years. Roesch's sales guy recommended updating my current Journey with a customized 2019 model. So I did, and I am MORE THAN PLEASED with my newly designed Journey. Newly customized vehicle took several weeks to receive but it was well worth the wait. My sales guy Remik kept me up-to-date the entire time vehicle was being built, shipped, and transported. Finance Manager Frank also took care of me, insuring monthly payment came within the range I requested and insuring GAP and Extended Warranty coverage was added. He also made sure financing remained with Chrysler Capital, where I have my wife's vehicle financed, and this insures that I pay at one place, at one time, and online for both vehicles each month.
