Since they turned off their ability to leave reviews, and I can see why... I’m going to post my review on the internet! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. I bought a 2018 Dodge Charger I can see why... I’m going to post my review on the internet! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE & SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. I bought a 2018 Dodge Charger Hellcat from Larson On May 24, 2020 from salesman Donnie. It took 6 hours, yes you read that right, SIX HOURS to finish the purchase & we finally left the dealership at midnight. All we wanted to do was write a check in full for the car. Why did that take 6 hours??? They weren’t busy! It was a Sunday night around 6pm when we got there on a holiday weekend! We discovered there was something wrong with the GPS & made an appointment May 27th to get it fixed. We were informed by Anthony @CJDR that we needed a new radio and it would take a week to get it in. We waited 2 weeks & finally called to see if our radio was in and a woman answered & said it had been in “for a few days” & she “didn’t know why they hadn’t called to let us know”. So, we made another appointment to get the new radio put in on June 18th & picked the car up on the 19th. We entered our home address into the navigation and by the time I pulled out of the lot & stopped at the stoplight in front of Larson, the GPS had lost all information & said I was in Buckley, WA not Puyallup! We also discovered the front & rear cameras weren’t hooked back up after they put the new radio in. So, once again, I called to talk to Anthony & was informed he was with another customer & he would call me back. I also text Anthony. I received no reply. We waited 3 days for a call back from Anthony so I called & asked for the shop manager. I was informed he was unavailable & would call me back ASAP. YEP, waited another 3 days, no call back from service manager. At that point, I called the store & asked to speak to the GM. If it truly was the GM, he didn’t seem to care what our experience was & passed us off to Donnie stating it’s up to our salesperson to be the go between between us & the service dept if we were having issues. Donnie assured me he would go over personally & handle the problem & I would be hearing from the service dept. You guessed it, waited a week, no phone call. So I called Donnie back, he feigned shock & I informed him we would not be bringing my car back to Larson given the horrible customer service. All he replied with was, “OK., sorry about your trouble with the service dept., thanks” & hung up. He didn’t give a xxxx. He got his commission. I hope that “measly $200 commission” you complained about was worth losing good customers over Donnie. After Donnie blew me off, I decided to give the service manager one more chance & called & was told by a woman who answered the phone he’d gone home for the day (it was 2pm in the middle of the week) and she could leave him a message & he would call me back. You betchya I left another message! I told her to let her Service Dept Manager know his service dept was the worst customer service we had ever encountered & we wouldn’t bring my car back there if it was the last dealership in WA State. She mumbled ok, she’d get him the message & hung up on me. I doubt he ever got the message and if he did, he didn’t give a xxxx because, uh huh, no call back! How hard is it to pick up a phone & contact a customer? How hard is it to pick up a phone & return a customers call? How hard is it to do your job correctly? It was super easy for me to touch 10 numbers to call Larson. Apparently, phone skills & customer service aren’t required to work at Larson Dodge of Puyallup. It’s almost as if Larson goes out of their way to find individuals who don’t even know what a phone is. Or Customer service skills. Or skills as simple as installing a radio, and other components unconnected to install a radio. I’m just grateful my service only included a radio. I wouldn’t trust them to do any other engine, transmission, or other important work on my car. I suggest you not trust them either. This dealership doesn’t care about its reputation, it’s customers, or it’s customer service. Obviously, based on these reviews, right?! I wish I had read the reviews before dropping $56k in their pockets. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Fortunately, we have found a reputable dealership close to our home we’re very happy with & they do a great job! I happily gave them a glowing review. If anyone from Larson actually reads these reviews, and I see they’ve commented here & there, DO BETTER. BE BETTER. YOUR CUSTOMERS DESERVE BETTER, THEY SPEND A LOT OF MONEY WITH YOU. Hopefully, future customers read these reviews before spending any money with you. SHAME ON YOU LARSON DODGE OF PUYALLUP. AND SHAME ON THE LARSON FAMILY. Julie Kinney More
Purchased a Ram truck from Brent today. A great experience. I was interested in two Ram trucks. We set a time to meet and when I arrived he had both trucks with keys sitting by the front door of the dealership ready for a test drive. I took one for a test and liked it. We quickly settled on a very fair price and within a very short time I was driving away with a new truck. Great thanks goes to Brent for speeding the process up. If your looking for a newer vehicle, ask for Brent Keith. Brent might be a newer salesperson at Larson, but that just means he will work harder for the customer. More

Awful service department I did not buy my 2017 Chrysler here but the dealership is 3 miles away from my house and under warranty. The worst customer service I've ever experien I did not buy my 2017 Chrysler here but the dealership is 3 miles away from my house and under warranty. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. on a Monday. I dropped my car off at 8:00 am that morning. I I was having a problem with that U connect stereo and my e-brake or transmission. I couldn't tell which one was causing the problem. After having my car for 3 days and only calling me once to give me an update I finally got my car back. I had to rent a car thinking that it would be covered under the service agreement since I did not hear back from the service advisor. I use the chat feature on the website to request to speak to a manager and never heard back. I did this twice. To this day I have never heard back from anyone. I reached out to several people within the Larson organization and never heard back. I will never use the dealership again or refer anyone to any of their dealerships. My family and I have purchased several cars from the various dealerships that Larson owns. To think that you get treated this way if you do not buy your vehicle from Larson is ridiculous. I paid $160 in rental car fees and over $300 for diagnostics. Nothing was fixed. I took my car to a different dealership and they found The issue with my transmission and replaced the factory Uconnect system. The only bright spot of my visit was the shuttle driver. Gene was great. I hope he finds work with another dealership that treats him with respect. More

Slow as molasses & zero customer service once you purchase Went in to the dealership on 4-23-19 to possibly trade my vehicle in towards the purchase of a brand new 2019 Jeep Compass. I originally started chatt Went in to the dealership on 4-23-19 to possibly trade my vehicle in towards the purchase of a brand new 2019 Jeep Compass. I originally started chatting with Cole via text message. Cole was helpful but was off the following day by Tyler. The whole time I was trying to see how much they would give me for my trade and when I finally got an answer it was lower than I wanted so I told them I was going to look elsewhere to see if I could get a better deal. I was begged to come in and “give me a chance to earn your business”, so I went down to the dealership around 6:30 PM located at 2100 N Meridian in Puyallup. Got there and was greeted by Cameron, who was super helpful, and found a Jeep that my wife and I liked. First we had to go over to a different location to get the price approved by the sales manager. We got there around 7 PM. After they typical back and forth of negotiating we agreed on finance terms and a price and was told to sit tight while the finance person got the paperwork together. This took well over an hour to do before we were called back even though there was no one in else in the dealership waiting to buy anything. I walked around several times and the room we eventually went in to had no one else in signing papers...just Stephanie the finance person. Mind you the whole time the vehicle we were buying was parked out front and we were told there would be a full tank of gas, vehicle would be washed and all the mats would be taken out of their wrappers and placed in the proper position. Once Stephanie finally called us back the process of the paperwork signing began. Everything was going fine and nothing out of the ordinary happened...until we got to the up selling of the extended warranty. We declined to purchase it because it was a new vehicle and had a warranty on it already and I didn’t feel like adding another $25 to my monthly payment. I told Stephanie that I could put that money aside and pay for repairs out of that fund if I need be because I didn’t want to finance another $2000 on top of the original loan. At that point Stephanie looked at us and said “You and I both know that you can drop 2 grand in one trip to the shop”. From that point on her whole demeanor changed towards us and I was made to feel like my business was not appreciated. In retrospect I wish I would have just walked out of the deal. After we left finance office (a little after 10 PM) we went out to take ownership of our vehicle. Nothing had been done to it. No gas, no wash and all the mats were still in their original packaging. They had more than enough time to take care of it but didn’t. We had to sit there for another 10 minutes to watch Cameron to take the mats out of the plastic and place them. We drove off the lot with 1/8 of a tank of gas. During the process of signing the papers Stephanie told us she would call is and let us know what she learned about my trade ins payoff information and what the difference would be between the value of the trade in and what I owed. She never called. I texted Cameron about it...no response. I texted the other number that they used to beg me to come in, limited response if any. Yesterday I wrote a YELP review chronicling the ordeal and someone who described themselves as “the owner” responded. His response started out with “Jessica, thank you so much for taking the time to post”. Now mind you, my name is Brian and my post clearly stated my name. So obviously “the owner” clearly doesn’t pay attention or it was just a generic copy and paste and they forgot to change the name. Either way they told me to email their customer service manager so they could take care of it. I emailed them, no response. So I texted the number again later in the day. Finally Cole responded and appeared to be helpful. He told me that he would get the payoff information for me, then nothing for the rest of the day. If you’re looking for a nice, friendly dealership who will treat you with respect and make you feel like they appreciate your business then avoid this place AT ALL COSTS!!!!! I cannot stress my level of frustration enough over words and even if my review dissuades even 1 person so they don’t turn a profit then I will be happy. People who conduct business in this fashion and treat customers like they’re unimportant are the worst kind of businesses. More
