Totally incompetent. Had my 2018 Ram 2500 diesel 3 months and never did repair a factory warranty covered timing cover oil leak. Nothing but excuses. They continued giving me dates it would get repaired to no avail. Eventually told me they did not have the tools to do the repair and would send it to another dealer. They failed to do that as well. The don't call you. You have to call them or show up in person. If you look at their website (www.larsondodge.com) you will not find any names or info for any staff. Now I know why. Most dealerships show this under the "about us" tab. Please refer to complaints with BBB. They have an "F" rating. More
I’ll start out by saying we are reasonable, level-headed consumers and don’t thrive off of complaining or leaving negative reviews. Our salesman William ate his lunch all over our paperwork, mouth full, crumbs falling out, in the middle of selling us a car. We tried to see past this and focus on the vehicle we wanted to purchase. We traded in our cars as a part of the deal. Their first offer for our trade ins was nearly half of the actual trade-in-value so we obviously turned that down. He asked what our bottom line trade-in value would be in order to gain our business, so we told him. He then offered meet us at $1 over that number by giving us a “tax credit”. He wrote this all down on paper in front of us. Unfortunately, this was no “tax credit”. After returning home with the new car, we learned was referring to the lesser amount of tax we’d pay on what we’re paying for the new car after our trade in. There was no “credit” given. If a car costs $60k and you’re trading in $23k, you are not paying tax on the $23k you’ve just traded in. He completely snaked us and explained it would be a “tax credit” that would get us to the bottom line we wanted our trade-ins for. It has been two weeks since we’ve purchased the vehicle and not one person has contacted us back to resolve this after daily phone calls. We have made over 15 calls to the dealership and explained the situation to multiple people, only to get passed around even more with zero returned calls. We have re-explained this situation to multiple employees. We have canceled the warranty we purchased with them because we have no desire to do business with this company ever again. It is not lost on us that car salesmen in general get a bad rap for being unethical, and this company is the epitome of that in our experience. We have no faith this will ever get resolved at this point and we will do whatever we can to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else we know. More
Went in to buy my wife a Jeep Wrangler as she has always wanted one. She was diagnosed with Breast cancer over a year ago and defeated it so I wanted to give her one of her dreams. Called to confirm the status and price of a truck. Drove an hour to the dealership. Sat down to do paperwork. They went to confirm the truck (yes it was the right truck) and then the price. They asked me if I wanted to proceed with the purchase. I didn't, and I'd recommend anyone doing business with this dealership to be very careful. More
Took my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in to have the passenger sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. A google search found it such a common problem with the actuator failing, that it sliding door fixed as it wouldn't open from the inside or outside. A google search found it such a common problem with the actuator failing, that it has an extended warranty of 15 yrs/150,000 miles. Originally, $300 to $400 was not covered for this repair. I still don't know how I would tell if it the actuator is starting to fail, so I could bring it in before it fails and locks the door, causing an additional expense to open the door, to then replace the actuator? I didn't hear a clicking or groaning sound, and this van doesn't have the auto closing/opening option, just electronic lock/unlock. Anyway, Sean talked to the warranty people for assistance with this other cost and got EVERYTHING covered under warranty! Thanks, Sean, you provided excellent service and the door works perfectly! Please, though, work on more loaner vehicles, or don't offer them. My warranty covers reimbursement of rental cars that I could have arranged for More
Bought a van 6 months ago. Having serious computer issues. Was fixed for 2 days and broke down again. Called service department all day no one ever answers. I bought a new car from Larson Dodge in April 2022, it’s now September 2022 and I have yet to receive my refund check for the overpayment of my license fees. I brought my ram 3500 to this dealership and was told the service would be done in the afternoon. Well it was not done as promise. I am now being told that they only have one mechanic and that I am looking a service would be done in the afternoon. Well it was not done as promise. They also quoted me about 1100 dollars and increased the price after learning that my extended warranty would cover 900 dollars of the total price. I purchased my vehicle here but will never purchase or service my vehicle here again. They have a terrible way of doing business. More

I came in after seeing a rig on fb. I called ahead got Mark. He was a helpful guy. I was just looking an was absolutely no pressure. I came back 2 days later an Mark had gone home I spoke with Brent. He went an got the rig put a few bucks gas in her an I went for a spin. Absolutely no issues no pressure. I drove home in it got my wife we drove back talked to Brent said we be back Saturday to deal with Mark. Saturday was marks day off he came in any way an helped us as did Brent an Paul. We did the trade value wasn't great they worked on it we came to good terms. Wife an I left absolutely happy. We have lived in this area a long long time bought sold some rigs. LARSON'S was the beat we have delt with. Yes I would suggest people check them into for a rig. Look up Mark or Brent. An Cynthia in finance was excellent. A hoot to to talk to.... yes when I need a rig they will be whom I look for. More
