I'm going to continue to leave bad reviews on all platforms until someone at larson responds to me. I have had issues with the Larson since i bought my car in May of 2021. My experience with the sale platforms until someone at larson responds to me. I have had issues with the Larson since i bought my car in May of 2021. My experience with the sale of the car was wonderful however, everything has been down hill since. I have had to drop my car off with the service department several times for the same issue. Most recently I dropped the car off for a Tuesday morning appt (on Monday night) I waited until Friday before I started calling to ask for a follow up. I had to call 4 time before someone answered. Then they told me someone would call me right back. I waited 30 minutes. No call. So I called again. Twice. One I got ahold of someone they told me I would again get a call right back from the person in charge of my vehicle. I waited 45 more minute. No call. I called again and was told that the person in charge of my vehicle went home for the weekend. I asked that a manager call me back first thing Saturday morning. I waited 2 hours before calling them and no one answered. I can't believe how poor the communication skills and management are here. Unfortunately larson seems to have sold me a lemon and doesn't want to deal with the consequences of their actions or help me in anyway. More
Tony Moore the general manager is hard to get ahold of considering I bought $200,000.00 of ram truck was told I had gap then told I don’t. Now I need simple information for usaa. Thought we’d try a local dealership for our new pick up Dieauka was very helpful on finding the right truck my husband was looking for. I purchased a car in November from a Donnie and Cynthia Lee added over 20k to the car without once mentioning a up charge of any kind. I highly advise anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle her not to!! And if so read everything and every word they say. Most importantly read everything before you sign anything!!! I am looking into attorneys to give them the car back and deal with a honest dealership.. Never buy from this place unless you want a nightmarish experience you will forever regret!! More
They shouldnt even get a one. This is crazy how people treat other people like they dont matter. I know its after hours but 3 of the employees were outside talking with working vehicles and my vehicle bro treat other people like they dont matter. I know its after hours but 3 of the employees were outside talking with working vehicles and my vehicle broke down across from them and I asked them for a jump for my vehicle and they said we dont have cables, I said that I do. Could they please jump my truck and they told me no. I get that people are working or whatever but he was so mean and just like nope cant and wont help you. Too bad for you and then got into his vehicle and drove off. It would have taken him 2 minutes to jump my vehicle and not see me stranded on this dark rode by myself. But instead he thought it was funny and laughed to leave me stranded. I dont understand people. I help ANYONE I see that may need help. But when I need it, I get treated like trash on their shoes. This dealership is dishonest and deceitful. They’ll tell you whatever you want to hear to sell you on the items with the biggest commission check. Very unhelpful dealership. Took three days and a call to top management in order to even get Service to answer phone. Scheduled a lube,oil, filter for Ram Promaster 3500. I drove 30 miles to dealership and after going through a 15 minute check in the service person said that they couldn’t do a log for my unit because it is a Pleasure Way RV—absolutely identical to Promaster in line behind me which she said they would service. I will be letting Chrysler/Dodge/Ram just how unhelpful Larson was in giving service necessary to maintaining my warranty. A total was of time! More
