The old bait and switch! They advertised on the Internet. I go in at 4:15pm to test drive,they take a copy of my drivers license, and insurance I wait inside the car for 15 minutes. The service department here is a poorly run facility The service department here is a poorly run facility that allows low quality work to be the norm. I needed to have brake plus installed as well as t The service department here is a poorly run facility that allows low quality work to be the norm. I needed to have brake plus installed as well as the theft deterrent installed. It took over 4 hours. When the woman came out to get my paperwork signed, there was no mention of the theft deterrent being done on the paperwork. It was raining and she " walked me to my car" but did not bother to offer to share her umbrella. The theft deterrent was installed, however it looked like a little kid had put the window sticker on. After closer inspection at home, I realized the stickers on the doors were not even installed properly and the sticker on the back hatch was on the plastic interior panel as opposed to the painted surface it should be on. I have made many attempts to contact the service department and they just do not return my calls. I had a great buying experience but the service department has made me decide to g9 elsewhere for my future auto needs. More
