These guys are a bunch of crooks in the service department. If you bring your vehicle into this dealership to be fixed, absolutely DO NOT trust "Bryan". We bought our vehicle at another dealershi department. If you bring your vehicle into this dealership to be fixed, absolutely DO NOT trust "Bryan". We bought our vehicle at another dealership and had to give it to Larson to fix. Bryan said he received a confirmation from us to do over $800 of work for a spark plug. He did not actually give us the quote. They did the work anyway and then expected us to pay for it. Thank goodness the other dealership stepped up and paid the entire amount. When I picked up the vehicle, I challenged Bryan about this. He immediately shrunk into a prideful petty car thug and asked "If I was questioning his integrity". So we went back and forth a few times before I said, "You got your money now please give me my keys." As I reflect, maybe I should have taken the high road. But dealing with shady car people like Bryan makes my blood boil, especially when he claims my wife and daughter agreed to the service when they did not, as I was listening on speaker. At the time, we didn't think anything of it as we assumed it would be worked out. Customer service should be #1. Larson Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram does NOT have it...at least this head guy, Bryan, does not. Please be careful before you go in! More

I was reluctant at first but thought I would give him a try. We communicated through texts and email and via phone. He called promptly to get my parameters for a future car. And promptly, as promised, he did his homework and gave a link for cars that fit my wants and needs. He was always very attentive and made me feel at ease whenever we communicated. When the day came to finally meet this spitfire, he once again, did his homework for me so I didn't have to. He listed what he thought were the pros and cons of my top choices. Josh was very thorough and was honest with what he thought was important. My intent for the day was just to test drive a few cars because I was just starting my quest for a car. I was so appreciative of all of this....along with his patience in my quirkiness. At the end of the evening, Josh helped me in my decision to purchase a car. My experience with Stephanie (in finance) on the other hand, could have been a little more pleasant. She greeted us and initially was friendly but after a while she became more and more impatient. She tried to calmly go over the optional warranty available for the car but I decided I really couldn't afford it. When going over the figures once again, my down payment amount was miscommunicated, and the figures had to be redone. Thus, Stephanie had to spend a minute to reprint the paperwork. In the end, as soon as my last signature was signed, her demeanor immediately changed, and she was cold, not very pleasant and not even a "Thank you"....and immediately started another task on her list. But. All in all, a good experience with Josh. More

I feel it was fraud and I have bought easy 16 cars from Larson . I am very disappointed I guess I will buy from other dealerships. Larson has lost the old school ways .
