We quickly dropped into a flow and I have to admit that it felt less like buying a car and more like hanging out with a friend the entire time. He was a great guy to be around and he was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle selection and each vehicle's features. He 100% helped me find the one that fit me perfectly. That feeling extended to the entire staff. Every person I saw greeted me and chatted with me a bit which made me feel at home. Sarah in finace was also amazing to deal with and ended up getting us an even better deal than we expected! She was also a pleasure to be around and made the process smooth and efficient. For starters, Elizabeth, my salesperson, and Sarah, my Finance Manager, started with asking exactly what I was looking for in a vehicle. They heard me out on my preferences between standard vs. hybrid options, vehicle color, primary use for the vehicle, etc. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle I was interested in taking for a test drive and quickly helped me narrow down my selection. The finance options were clear and easy to choose from, as were optional warranty and protection packages. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Bought a $60k toyota hybrid blew transmission in 6 months. Asked for a non hybrid trade in and they offered one to me taking $19k off the trade in value.
