Salesman lied about being able to get car registered out of state for nurse traveling to work in Washington, I would not have bought if I could not have registered it easily and they quickly passes the job of state for nurse traveling to work in Washington, I would not have bought if I could not have registered it easily and they quickly passes the job off to me once the deal was signed. Problem was they still haven't finished the deal. I got a POA and through my own expense I had someone back home to complete the registration and the dealer still could not provide the lien holder or a title number 12 days after the sale. The GM got involved and it was no help. Nothing more then excuses for the salesman's dishonesty and I don't know how I am getting to work. I guess it is sorry about your luck but they will say anything to make a sale at Toyota of Tacoma. More

Paul Harden is the consummate professional. He made the whole car buying experience very smooth for me and kept me informed throughout the process. I was in and out in 2 hours! He paid attention to all the small details so easily overlooked. Feeling worn out at the end of the day, after I arrived home, an hour north of Tacoma, came to realize I had lost all my paperwork, documents, and a check in the dealership parking lot. Paul went all out to look for them and upon finding them, secured them for my pick up the next day. I had also arrived at the dealership in a car rental and Paul took care of the drop off for me as well. Excellent customer service! I highly recommend him for your next car-buying experience. More
