Buyer Beware On 3/08/19 we negotiated the purchase of two cars from Toyota of Tacoma. These were cash deals. One car was on the lot and available to purchase that day. We negotiated both car deals on the same day. The other car is a Toyota Rav 4 which we test drove and loved the car as it was with one exception, it had no heated seats. We were told they would find one for us and we exactly like this car we test drove but with the added heated front seats. On Sunday 3/10/19 the second car was delivered from another dealership. We test drove this car and found that yes it now had heated seats. The sales person assured us all other features were the same. We wrote the second check and drove away. The finance Manager explained to us that we did have a 72-hour window in which to return the cars. Upon arriving home, my partner read the entire owner’s manual in order to completely understand his new car and couldn’t figure out how to use both Navigation features, (integrated Navigation) that were explained to us by the sale person. It turns out this car did not have the right package. When we complained to the dealership, they said they could not take back the car because it was now used and if we negotiated another new car they would charge us $4,000.00 more. Clearly this was intended to discourage us from returning it. I would caution anyone looking to purchase a car buyer beware and don’t believe these salespeople. They are not honest. More

Dream truck So I made an appointment with Mr Requa to look at Tacoma's. I got there early and wait a few minutes for Mr Requa to finish up. As I sat there I check So I made an appointment with Mr Requa to look at Tacoma's. I got there early and wait a few minutes for Mr Requa to finish up. As I sat there I checked out the Tacoma in the lobby. Sent a picture to my wife. So when Mr Requa was ready we went out into the lot to go over the different packages that they had. Went on a test ride and during that ride Mr Requa asked about the trucks he had on the lot and if any caught my eye. I told him the knee on the showroom floor was really nice truck. So we get back and are talking about the lease program and such. I had him run the numbers for a lease. When he came back he a showed me the payments for a lease on the different models. Then he brings up the one in the showroom. Knowing that was the truck that deep down I wanted. He showed me to numbers to buy instead of lease on this one. With all the extras on put on it he said it didn't make sense to lease. After working out the deal I drove off the lot with the truck of my dreams. Should be the last truck I need to buy. And if i do need another one I will be going back to see Mr Todd Requa at Larson Toyota More

I was told my 2016 Tundra was a previous lease from their dealership and was serviced regularly. Also that my salesman would throw in a 100,000 mile power train warranty as part of the deal (never got any paperwork to that effect). Also was told (when signing papers in the finance department) that I had to purchase a “theft deterrent insurance” for $399 as part of the deal , even though I insisted I did not want the extra insurance. To my surprise after buying a Carfax report 2 weeks later, the truck had no record of an oil change in 26,000 miles, and was purchased by Larson Toyota at an auction in Oregon. Tried to get In contact by email 4 different times. No response. More

Erik & Chuck "The Dynamic Duo!" I walked in with the intention of LOOKING at a new car. I discussed with Erik my personal criteria & what I could afford the previous day. So when I c I walked in with the intention of LOOKING at a new car. I discussed with Erik my personal criteria & what I could afford the previous day. So when I came to the dealership he had already chosen the perfect used Chevy UV for me! This vehicle had everything I wanted & more. They allowed me to take it home overnight in order to confirm it was my best choice. I brought it back the next day and finalized my purchase with Chuck; he was able to lock me in at a price I could afford. My experience with the guys at Toyota of Tacoma was great. They really listened to my needs & made us feel welcome there. I would recommend Erik or Chuck anyday! More
Dealership Review I visited Toyota of Tacoma on Saturday, November 24, 2018 looking to learn about the 2019 Hybrid Camary. At the end of the day, I purchased a 2019 Toy I visited Toyota of Tacoma on Saturday, November 24, 2018 looking to learn about the 2019 Hybrid Camary. At the end of the day, I purchased a 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid. I worked most closely with Chuck Milligan. Earlier in the day, I received a text message from Mr. Milligan after making a USAA inquiry on pricing. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I didn't feel pressured at any time. Chuck answered all of my questions and provided me with written pricing information. I shared with him my interest in the Hybrid Avalon after noticing it on the lot. He took me out to look at it and descrbed in some detail the features of the car and the differences between the Avalon and the Camry. When we returned to his desk, he printed out a cost sheet and quoted a price. I left the dealership letting him know that I wanted to reflect on the informaton he provided me and bring my wife back to look at both vehicles. We decided on the Avalon and completed the necessary paperwork. On Monday, I finalized the purchase. At that time, Mr. Milligan provided me with a hands-on tutorial of the varous Avalon features. It took over an hour. He encouraged me to stop in anytime to refresh my memory. I am very happy with the car and appreciate how well I was treated. Andy Phillips More
