OK – I think most people will agree, sometimes buying a car sucks. I’ll start by saying I’m a little bit older, and throughout my history I purchased probably 10 vehicles from dealers in my life – mine car sucks. I’ll start by saying I’m a little bit older, and throughout my history I purchased probably 10 vehicles from dealers in my life – mine my wife’s, my son‘s son, my daughters. I can say without question this time buying a car didn’t suck. I found a very specific style jeep I’ve been looking for on one of the car websites and tried to contact the dealer– they called me back right away, I missed a call because of a dead battery. A couple of days went by and I hadn’t heard anything back so I figured the vehicle was already gone. I’d have to keep looking Friday morning I got a call from Dwight. Tells me the vehicle is on the showroom floor. When can I come down to take a look. Of course I’m two hours late but the very kind and gracious Dwight meets us as we walk in hands us the keys. And says we are parked right out front go have a look and I’ll come see you in a little bit. I let him know that my wife who is with me absolutely hates the car experience, so watch out :-) I can’t tell you how welcoming this was. No hassles, no baloney. I can say the negotiations were a little difficult at first, but like any negotiation, if everybody walks away a little short, it’s a good deal. It was a good deal. The vehicle is a unicorn seven years old 16,000 miles other than a little wear and tear from the previous owner- not a whole lot of work to do. Well, I was a little chagrined at their negotiation style, but thinking about the deal that I got, versus the other vehicles on the market – it was probably the most fair deal I have ever received at a car dealership in my life. They were kind and welcoming. Dwight tried to process the deal as quickly as he could, and it did end up taking a little bit but – free espresso, and not a whole lot a hassle- The rest of the folks that we worked with, Dustan and Rochelle were also very welcoming – and it felt like pretty straight shooters. I will admit that it was clearly obvious that I wanted the vehicle, and didn’t want to haggle a whole lot anyway. But they weren’t rude and they didn’t demand and we were treated with respect. That’s probably the most important thing of all. Thank you guys! Walked Out: We were met by JP Sales Professional and JG, Buyer Assistant; JP stated he will be back to “check the numbers” and the Assistant will work with us. Made it clear after showing two XLE Camry JG, Buyer Assistant; JP stated he will be back to “check the numbers” and the Assistant will work with us. Made it clear after showing two XLE Camrys we wanted to build a 2023 Hybrid Camry as depicted on the Toyota website. He left to get the paperwork in another building; after 20 minutes waiting, we asked the receptionist to contact him - he did not answer his phone. After additional 10 minutes she called again and whoever she spoke to said JP will be coming; waited another 10 minutes, gave the receptionist our cell phone number and left. No response after 5 days. Very disrespectful and unprofessional to say the very least. Apparently, customers and a sale of $40,000.00 plus dollars are not valued at this dealership. More

Do not buy here. Website says 1.9% for 48 months on Vehicles to qualified buyers . 813 Fico did not qualify they wanted 6% interest on my loan . We were anticpating on reserving a vehicle for myself, a 4runner, but instead we met Andrew Chung. The first impression me and my husband Chris got from him was, that he was a straight shooter like myself, I am pretty much to the point. Andrew understood this and did everything to ensure that were able to secure a vehicle on the lot to take home that very same day, our son loves it. We met Sarah, and she was awesome, I don't won't to get into the paper work fiasco, because we all know it takes forever (hours even), but in the end, we got our new 2022 Trail Edition 4Runner. I received a call few days later to get the adds on we had purchased. The whole experience was great, we are very happy with our new vehicle, I would definitely recommend anyone to Andrew Chung and his team at Toyota of Tacoma.
