I was there for a 30,000 mile tune up on a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner. No one greeted me, I had to go initiate contact. The staff (4) at the service room were chatting with each other ignoring me. When I req 4-Runner. No one greeted me, I had to go initiate contact. The staff (4) at the service room were chatting with each other ignoring me. When I requested a shuttle drop off to my work a few minutes drive away. They told me that they are short and do not have the time to drop me off. Also, no one called me regarding the progress of the service being done. I had to call later that day and found out that the service was finished a few hours ago. To finish off a terrible experience, no one talked to me about what was done and the cashier did not smile or establish eye contact with me. Truly horrible! More
