After a disappointing encounter, I thought I would reach out directly to the guy I had bout my previous Toyotas from bringing me to Larson Toyota of Tacoma. Overall A++ experience....finally customer service is not dead! From vehicle selection, to test drive / customer service, to finance this was a great experience! The entire staff went out of their way to make the experience pleasant and EFFICIENT. Probably one of the fastest signings I have ever completed. I got a great deal on the exact car I wanted.
