The Lassen dealership is GREAT I'm a grad student so money is a limited resource.... but my wife and I needed another car. My salesperson, Victor Edwards, had corresponded with me for about a week and gave me all the information I'd asked for. He was extremely helpful. After the test drive, he even gave me a "Loaner Vehicle" to return home in while I pondered my final decision. But my bike would not fit in the truck of the car, so Victor graciously offered to bring my bike to my home on his own personal bike rack (after he got off work). He even stayed an extra hour w/ my wife and I to ensure that final purchase was completed. Victor made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. It was a great experience! More

Had a difficult situation with another dealer about three years ago, my wife and I needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle and saw a pilot listed on the Lassen website. Worked with Victor Edwards and he was a straight up dude, I asked him not to waste my time and I gave him our budget and what we needed financially to make it all work. There wasn't 2 hours of back and forth, it was to the point. That was very nice. The dealership did everything they could to help us out and were all very friendly.
