The next Monday, I called and spoke to Ross who did not seem interested in selling me a vehicle. We spoke again on Tuesday and he was supposed to get back with me. I called him back at the end of the day as I haven't heard back from him. He said that vehicle had been spoken for (had a deposit) for 3 days and asked if there was anything else he could do for me. I could tell from my previous conversations with him that he wasn't interested in selling me a vehicle for some reason. I immediately called back and asked for a salesman as if this was my first time calling and got Mr. Pusa. He was willing to look a little further and confirmed the vehicle was indeed still available. He put me in contact with Mr. Griffiths and the rest went great. I flew from Little Rock on Saturday and was picked up at the airport by Pill. He picked up 7 people that run. All had flown in from other parts of the country to buy a vehicle from Laura GMC. When we arrived, my truck was clean, gassed up, and sitting right out front waiting on me. I met with Danny, signed some paperwork and waited to meet with the finance dept. It was a long wait but based on the traffic they had, it was expected. Once I got in the finance office, it took no time. No surprises, no issues, no problem. Overall, this was a pretty neat experience and was well worth it. I would highly recommend anyone to check with Laura before purchasing elsewhere. More

Better deal than anywhere else I looked around online and spoke to at least two other dealers. If you do everything happens pretty quick and you’re out on your way. If not then you just have to go somewhere else and the next person will buy it. Explained things to me and I was able to joke around with him. I was giving him a hard time about my bill and I think the service manager heard me and he came out giving my daughters a Laura Buick bag (very kind) Kevin is awesome too, always helpful and kinds and loves to joke. James has helped me too( I am hoping that is is name, tall man salt/pepper hair) we laughed so hard about all the napkins in my glove compartment. I am very disappointed that as I was looking at this site I do not see anyone of their names to check for outstanding service. These people are just as important as your sales people.. also I met my son’s boss there Luggy (sp) very nice guy but I don’t see his name on this list either. Those guys also work hard to clean the cars for the customers before they leave.. it is important to recognize everyone in your company. It is a “Teamwork” that makes a company successful.. More
