I am very disappointed with my purchase experience at Laurel. I reserved a RAV 4 hybrid car at Laurel Toyota in early August with a deposit. The vehicle arrived 2.5 months later and from then on things took a different turn. The finance team created many road blocks for this transaction. They backed out without any legitimate reason. No efforts were made to understand and work with the customer.Their finance department and customer relationship manager were very rude with us, which was even more disappointing. They never stood by their word and put us through a lot of mental agony. After waiting for a very long time this is not what we expected from a Toyota dealership. If I can give 0 rating that would be our rating for Laurel Toyota. They have set the bar so low. I am never returning. More
