Younger is THE place to go to get your new Toyota. I worked with Brandon over the past 3 months and he's fantastic. He was patient as I test drove a 4runner 3 times, and then ultimately helped me order my dream one. He kept me updated while we were waiting, and we were both excited once it finally arrived. Finalizing the sale was easy and actually fun. The finance dept, Dwayne Johnson in particular, was fantastic. I definitely recommend Younger!

0/10 for the service dept. Erik in the service department is very condescending and rude. He has zero concerns about my vehicle being without the safety features and felt it was appropriate to return the vehicle to me when the issue hasn’t been addressed or fixed. The service department then offered the next available service appointment to continue to work on it. 8 or 9 days later. When I went to pick it up unfinished around 4-4:30pm the technicians were inside near the service advisor desk digging in drawers looking for snacks and talking about how much beer they planned to drink. Erik then called me again to tell me that their dealership is independently owned and operated and they were choosing to no longer work on the car at all even though it was purchased there, extended warranty was purchased there, and they are the only ones to have ever serviced the vehicle before, even down to oil changes. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

If you are looking for a car, do yourself a favor and ask for Allyssa. Working with Allyssa didn't feel like a typical dealership experience; it felt like we had a partner in the process. From the moment we started, she focused on making a genuine connection with us rather than just pushing for a sale. We never felt like "just another number". She was incredibly patient, kind, and completely removed the stress and pressure usually associated with buying a car. My wife and I came in unsure of exactly what we wanted. Allyssa was very accommodating and helped us test drive both the Grand Highlander standard Hybrid and the Hybrid MAX back-to-back. That comparison was a game-changer and led us to switch our focus to the MAX, which we absolutely love. She never pressured us; she just gave us the information we needed to make the right choice. She really went above and beyond when it came to the specific car. Even though the one we originally wanted wasn't available, she found us a different color that we didn't even know we would like, and she presented such an incredible deal that we couldn't say no. On top of that, CMA’s flexibility was a lifesaver. We had a sick child at home, making it impossible for my wife and me to be there at the same time. Allyssa and the team worked with us, allowing me to come in Saturday to handle my part while letting my wife finish up on Monday so she could stay home with our son. That level of understanding is rare. Check the car before you buy. Paid cash for a new car and got the run around for 12 to finally get it fixed. The salesman TJ was excellent. These people prioritize money over fairness. There are many other dealers in the area. Check them first.

Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

Always a pleasure doing business with Samantha Shopper, best service advisor at North Hills Toyota. She always listens to any service issues and problems and makes extraordinary efforts to get the issues taken care of the first visit. Not like some other dealerships who hire incompetent people who have no clue how to listen or talk to people. We did not purchase our 2020 and 2021 Toyota Highlanders from this dealership, but we will always be loyal Toyota customers to Samantha Shopper.!!!!!

Buyer beware: this dealership is shady, dishonest, and their shop is not thorough. Trip & condition at pickup -My wife and I drove 3.5 hours to purchase the vehicle. -At pickup it was not detailed well (visible dirt stains), and the engine bay was extremely dirty/dusty. -The shop did a subpar engine bay “cleaning” and only addressed the interior spots we pointed out (I found more when I got home, along with a sticky substance on the dash behind the screen) Drive home & problems discovered -We rented a one-way car to pick it up, so my wife drove the first leg home and I drove once it got dark. -On a straight highway I noticed a clear pull to the left. -Tire pressure was not at Toyota’s recommended PSI. I corrected it, but the pull continued. Dealership response -I contacted the dealership and spoke with Sales Manager Will. He initially didn’t want to help. -I explained this should have been caught during the 160-point inspection for Toyota Gold Certification. -Will eventually said they would reimburse an alignment up to $200 if done at a local dealer. Local dealer visit & tire damage -The local dealer confirmed the alignment was significantly off (they didn’t print the measurements for me). -After that visit, my wife immediately noticed a loud noise. -I later found feathering on the outer edge of a tire that still has 9/32 of its original 10.1/32 tread depth (fairly new). -The feathering was likely caused by bad alignment and/or driving with low tire pressure—something I would have noticed during the test drive if the alignment and pressure had been correct from the start. Escalation -When I contacted Will again, he said my only option was to bring the vehicle back and trade it in. -I told him I planned to post an honest review of my experience. He said that if I posted a review, he wouldn’t send the reimbursement he had already promised for the alignment. -I told him I would only be stating the truth about my experience. I lied and said I wouldn’t post so I could receive the promised reimbursement. Now that I have it, I want others to know what to expect. Warranty misrepresented -My sales rep Jeff told me the vehicle had: ~Toyota Gold Certified 7-year/100,000-mile drivetrain warranty, and ~1-year/12,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty, starting on my purchase date. -After receiving the Toyota warranty card, I learned the coverage is only up to 100,000 total vehicle miles—something I missed in the contract—so I have nothing to fall back on for this issue. Bottom line -I will never do business with this dealership again. -If you buy a car here, be thorough and take your time making sure that it is in the condition that is expected.

I loved everyone there! My salesman was Evan Hart. He was amazing, genuine and kind. The sales manager, Randy, was down to earth and made me feel that it would all work out. I felt they were trustsworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! Customer satisfaction is more important to them because Toyotas have a reputation of their own. People are going to buy Toyotas. So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
