Great service! Lawless has an excellent service department. I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the windshield washer repaired and while I was there I d Lawless has an excellent service department. I brought my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to have the windshield washer repaired and while I was there I decided to have the oil changed and Dave said no problem. I dropped the car off at 8am and it was done at 10am. When I left the car Dave asked me if I needed a ride! Great experience. More

Worst finance manager and awful service center Duane was very good in working my sales deal. It quickly went downhill from there. Jeff, the finance manager was the worst ever. He basically wanted to do a deal that he wanted and then threatened if I didnt get check that day, manager would rescind deal. Jeff, the manager, just kept blowing me off to then the service dept. Awful experience ever! Would never buy a car here again! Steve finally fixed problems. More
