What a nightmare looks like in real life. My husband and I visited this dealer last night in hopes of finding a modestly priced used car. When we first arrived they seemed quite busy so we app My husband and I visited this dealer last night in hopes of finding a modestly priced used car. When we first arrived they seemed quite busy so we approached a very pleasant Salesman who introduced himself (however his name escapes me now, he did have a thick accent though). We asked him where we could find the used cars and he pointed them out to us and told us that he would try to find someone to help us. As we were walking out of the showroom a very loud and brash salesman entered the showroom and was shouting about how the car he just drove was "sick and insanely fast, stating how he couldn't believe how much power it had at 90 mph and above". My husband and I thought it odd that someone would carry on this way in their place of business but we laughed it off because we were young once. It wasn't until we were outside walking back toward the showroom that we could here this man once again sharing his story with other sales people and commenting on how "xxxxxxxx" the car was that we were truly offended. As the parent of a special needs child I can not believe that in this day and age that people still conduct themselves in this manner. We have done business with Lawless in the past having bought a Jeep there about 12 years ago and servicing with them while it was under warranty. We had a decent enough experience that we decided to return, however after seeing the way that the employees are aloud to conduct themselves in such an offensive manner we will not be going back.
