My wife and I were on our way home and I had decided that I was done looking for cars. I had bought new from Lawless before and pulled in. I was in no mood and came in with an attitude! That's when I met Sean Sullivan, he was awesome and turned my attitude right around. He was pleasant, courteous, professional and most of all he listened to me vent! After which the process started, I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted, I had looked at so many vehicles (via the internet) and Sean LISTENED to us and was very accomodating and patient. We took out a few vehicles, walked the lot and checked out others, all the while no pressure. I can't say enough about my experience at Lawless and it was all attributed to the treatment I received from Sean. Anyone that is looking for a good car buying experience should go to Lawless and specifically ask for Sean Sullivan. If I remember correctly I did not have any issues with their service department, I can only hope it's half as good as the buying experience. With all of this being said - SEAN SULLIVAN is my car guy! AWFUL Im looking through all the reviews for this dealership and it confuses me how it seems everyone else had an awesome experience. I came in to look for a car and was shocked at how terrible the customer service was. Dimitar was more concerned about the last sale of the month instead of finding out my financial situation or try to even work numbers. I was very interested in the car and was willing to see what type of deal we could have made. He instantly threw out the lowest he could give me for trade and wouldnt even budge. It was the last day of the month and asked me if i was going to buy the car today. I said im not sure we havent even talked numbers yet, and at that point he wasnt interested in working with me to get a sale. He wouldnt let me have the car looked at by a trusted mechanic. When we couldnt make a deal, i said "too bad, i was really interested, you could have had a sale". He then said " oh well i already got 24 sales this month i dont need another" My girl friend and I were shocked. A couple days later go by and i got a call to renegotiate. We eventually made a deal (a bad one, but i suckered in because its my dream car) and they told me to come up after work to sign some papers. I live two hours away. When i got there i waited for an hour before someone came in to talk to me. They lied and they never got an answer from the bank, and therefor tried making another deal and was turned down. They said someone was supposed to call me to let me know that the bank hasnt called back. So no one talks to eachother to let me know about this. I finally got a deal and got the car. But they missed a bunch of papers for me to sign, like its there first day being salesman, and said i had to come back up to sign a few more papers. In all, ive never had a worse time at a dealership in my life. Everyone was very rude to me, minus Kanita- she was nice. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone unless you want to be screwed over in an awful deal and or have headaches for the next month dealing with their xxxxxxxx. More

Of course this person was not there and we dealt with another sales person that was baffled at how his co-worker could have come up with this figure, and it wasn't documented in their notes. The refused to move from their new sales offer which was 5 or 6 hundred more than the phone price. The essentially stated I was a liar, as they "proved" the conversation didn't happen, and kept trying to make a point that I came all that way for a reason other than an agreed on price, they felt their new price was fair. I would rather deal with a person I feel is honest and dealing on the level rather than pay extra because I went out of my way to visit this dealership and didnt want it to be a waste of a trip. The vehicle appears to be different as well, the online photos and actual car were not the same since the vehicle now has thin stripes on the sides that appear in NO photos. Seems very suspicious. I could explain and complain more but they aren't worth it. Just beware!! More

The salesmen are a JOKE unintelligent, unknowledgeable , unskilled & extremely unprofessional & unfriendly. Sales manager Ken never came over to introduced himself, looked over didn't even say Hi. Mike the salesmen was clueless, wanted to talk about the whole deal first without even looking at the veh first or test drive, really!!! Let's put the cart in front of the horse. Bragged how many cars they have on their 3 lots, have to rent two lots. I wonder why? The ONE thing they did get right was their NAME LAWLESS!!!!!!!!!!!! More
