My husband took a day off fr I called Danielle before taking a long drive out to your dealership this morning to see a used car I was interested in. My husband took a day off from work to accompany me. Danielle assured me that she would have this vehicle ready for me when I got there to view. After driving about 2 hours one way on a very cold day I arrived to find out that there was no such vehicle there. A salesman told me it was already sold. When I asked to view the afore mentioned vehicle I was told it wasn't there. I really don't believe that in 2 hours time this dealership could have sold this car and that it would already be gone. Upon returning home I went online to see the ad still posted for this car. I feel this dealership practices deceptive sales tactics and will not give them any of my business in the future. More

This is in the form of a thankyou to Steve and the team: It was a classic New England snow and ice storm on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. I had left work at noon in Peabody to try to beat the storm and my 2 It was a classic New England snow and ice storm on Tuesday, January 18, 2011. I had left work at noon in Peabody to try to beat the storm and my 2007 rear-wheel drive 300C got stuck behind three snow plows. By the time I crossed Rt93 the roads were horrid. With a big tie-up around Rt3 I got off the highway and tried to enter my hometown of Lexington through the backdoor but the car would not climb the Woburn hills. After one harrowing event after another I managed to slide the car into the Lawless parking-spot-for-customers and went inside to tell my tale of woe to Steve and the gang. I was given an extremely warm welcome. I was allowed to park my snow covered car overnight and given a lift to my home. The next day I picked my car that was cleaned of all snow. My problem turned out to be that I had lost track of the fact that the rear tires were originals and had over 48,000 miles on them. The car was simply running so well it never crossed my mind and the car passed inspection. New tires were in order and they were put on the car by nightfall. I have been directly involved in customer service for over 40 years. I know how hard it is to maintain customer satisfaction over the long run. As a Lawless customer this is not my first interaction with the Lawless team. This is an exceptional group. Thank you! Jay J.
