Dishonest - 2 separate phone calls was quoted a price on a new vehicle by employees saying they were in Sales Dept. When I got there the dealership tried to upcharge the same vehicle by 3,000$ over what th a new vehicle by employees saying they were in Sales Dept. Worst experience and service ever had, starting from the website asking for a personal information in order to check the inventory. While answering my question on MSRP, he first provided me with a quote which had about 2,000$ over the MSRP, then he explained that MSRP could be different state wise, and finally told me that he doesn't know the KANSAS MSRP on the trim I was interested. Manager Madison wasn't even trying to learn what actually happened and resolve the situation, for example by sending me to a different sales associate. She simply pretended everything is fine and wanted to move forward. After my suggestion to change a sales person, I was told there are no currently available. On top of this, over the phone call I was told that I will be able to drive a different trim. However, once inside, I've learned they didn't have a car available for an actual test drive. Overall, nothing but lost time and nerves. I like KIA cars in general, but certainly won't buy here. More
Shane, Stephanie and the general manager Ched were absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We were 100% scammed. We signed a contract with them and put a $1000 deposit down on a vehicle, only to be ca absolutely terrible and unprofessional. We were 100% scammed. We signed a contract with them and put a $1000 deposit down on a vehicle, only to be called the next day and told that they made an error and we would owe more money. They had over valued our appraisal and instead of admitting their wrong doing and fixing their mistake, they demanded we pay them more money or they would not do the deal. They then proceeded to to yell at me and told me I was stupid and didnt know what I was talking about. Shane and Ched both hung up on me several times and told me they were done contacting me and refused to give me contact information to the regional manager or owner of the business, part of which them saying these things to me I was able to record. Treating customers like this should not go unchecked. I have already submitted a complaint with the manufacturer, and filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and with the corporate Kia office. I signed a contract, I paid my deposit, and I legally deserve the deal I signed for and was offered. Since others havent had such issues with this dealer maybe it is discimination? Errors I understand. But harrassment and mistreatment of a paying customer is unacceptable. More
After filing out the online form to request a test drive, I got a call with no voice mail from the dealership and then a text with no introduction. After establishing who they were, they did set me up with an appointment to test drive my vehicle but they should have told me to just walk in because my appointment was not with the person it was scheduled with and the car was not pulled up when we arrived. I told the scheduler that we would be installing multiple carseats as part of our test drive; the whole process would have been much better if having an appointment had saved any time whatsoever for my kids to be sitting around. More
