Going into Lawrence Kia I was curious on whether or not I was going to be able to find exactly what I was looking for. However as soon as I talked with Jason and Rob and we looked at all our other options th was going to be able to find exactly what I was looking for. However as soon as I talked with Jason and Rob and we looked at all our other options they completely made me feel special and worked out a perfect deal for me to go home with exactly the car I wanted. Never felt more welcome shopping for a car and I didn't feel pushed to buy anything. I will be coming here for a long time. More

Keri was very personable and answered all our questions for us on the car. We purchased that night and picked the car up a few days later. Needless to say we have been extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely go back to purchase another car from Keri again! More

I went into this dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. Not only did she do everything in her power to ensure that I left with the car I wanted, but at a price that I could and how much I wanted to spend. Not only did she do everything in her power to ensure that I left with the car I wanted, but at a price that I could afford. This was by far the best car buying experience that I have ever had! Everyone was so friendly and eager to help! I will refer everyone that I can to Keri and Lawrence Kia because it is rare to find someone who truly cares about the customer and their experience! We look all over for a car for our son. We were already pre-approved at our bank. First person was Ryan we sat down with. Price negotations started with Ryan, they add a 900.00 on top of sale price. They charge you for all the maintainance to prepare the car for sale. They offered us a cheeper rate of financing but needed a down payment, where as we need no down payment with our own bank. They ask for doc saying proof of residency and would not accept out rental ageement. They wanted my husband's bank statement. I sent over the rental agreemant and Valeria called and threatened to repo the car four days after the sale was aproved and down payment was given papers were signed. They put the temp tag in the wrong place on window and our son was given a ticket for it. Car was on empty and no floormats and very used up tires. They did no delivery for us to show where all light and buttons were. This was a 7500.00 car. When everything was said and done we had our own finacing and this was much harder than it needed to be. Very rude and unprofessional. Other than a threat there was no follow up....I suggest you go elsewhere to find your car...... Date of this action was 3/2/2013............. More
I talked to several people over the phone and online for 2 days. Rob was very helpful and I felt like he was actually working for me. The first person on the phone (no clue their name) tried talking me into a car payment on a new car INSTANTLY! All I was trying to do was make a cash offer on a used car. I felt like I was getting put to the side because I offered them $500 less. After a few calls and 2 days I get a return call to tell me the car was already sold. Why not tell me that before, why not just say no to my cash offer. I felt like they didnt want to tell me no, just in case someone would give them full price. I would never use this dealership or tell anyone I know to use them. More
Went in to see if we could maybe could get a car, with better gas milege & lower payment than we had. Wow we were very pleased. We got a great Kia Otima 2011,got what we wanted. Had been reading on line about the Kia Souls and wanted to see about available financing and taking a test drive. When I went on line directly to this dealership I was immediately answered by Keri. Had to wait for a week, my problem, not theirs before speaking face to face with her. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and financing available. Then I test drove the car and was impressed. Bought the car that day. Begi in financing was very helpful. Both of these young women took their time with me and answered all my questions. I drove away with a smile on my face and a great 2013 Kia Soul. Although I have only had the car less then a week I am very pleased with the car's performance. Also dealt with Valeria about a few questions I had after purchase. Feel like I got a quality product and was treated in a most friendly manner by the staff. I would especially recommend these women to anyone looking for a quality car. More
We went to kia of Lawrance to find a nice used car our 18 year old daughter. Our salesman was Rob. He made the experience of car buying like no other buying experience we've had. He was so patient in helping our daughter find just the right car and very helpful with his experience. Never once did we feel like just another car buyer. After letting her test drive as many cars as she wanted, she finally chose one. The whole experience was pretty painless. She even drove it home that day which has rarely happened to us when buying a car. For sure would recommend him and the dealership. More
