From the time i found Lawrence Kia on the internet until the very end of the car deal, Mark Rush did a very good job. I would never recommend this dealership. Bought a used Kia and of course had a 30 day LIMITED warrenty. On the 47 day, the cluch went out. A cluch just doesn't wear out all at once. Apparently the service department is not very good because they didn't notice it was going bad OR the dealership knew all along but selling the car bought at auction by them was more important than being fair and honest. I was told again and again by the salesperson with whom I was working that he did not know the price of the vehicles. Everytime I would try to press him to tell me the price, he would run off to the back I was working that he did not know the price of the vehicles. Everytime I would try to press him to tell me the price, he would run off to the back to ask someone, or to try to find the keys to the cars I wanted to test drive. He never did come from the back with the actual cost of the cars. The entire process was ridiculous. In all, it took me 9 hours. I test drove exactly three vehicles for approximately 15-20 minutes each. It was only after I refused to test-drive any of the vehicles without knowing the price of the car, that I was told a "ballpark" price. I had been VERY clear about how much I could spend. When the paperwork came back, the cost of the car was over $2000 higher than what I had been told. When I became upset that I had been lied to, the salesperson didn't seem to understand why I was upset since the monthly payment was in my range... for 60 months as opposed to 36 months that it should have been with the correct price or the vehicle. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER. Very dishonest, even though every person I spoke to made a point of telling me they were honest. More
This was the best car purchasing experience, sales, and finance personnel were great to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to finance a car that worked for me. I would like to share our experience regarding the abilities and professional attitude of Rob, Ruby and Begi. Over the years I have purchased several cars for family members from dealerships far and w abilities and professional attitude of Rob, Ruby and Begi. Over the years I have purchased several cars for family members from dealerships far and wide. I can truthfully say that I am not a tradiiitonal buyer, I do a lot of the prelim work via phone fax and email, Rob and Ruby worked diligently to help us achieve our goals and their caring attitude and strong effort of customer satisfaction is the main reason we purchased at this dealership. I cannot not find anything to say negative regarding their efforts.. At financing we met Begi, what a pleasant professional employee whom i felt as with Rob and Ruby ,that they were actually working for me. The place was a bee hive of activity that day but she took her time explained each of the answers to my questions until were felt comfortable in signing. I will wait for them to be free the next time we buy cars in this family, strongly recomend you do the same for a great deal. More
