Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Please understand we strive to provide the best customer service in the business. After Investigating this matter we have found out that the third party individual you had with you was using derogatory language during the entire sales process which made sales person extremely uncomfortable. Also further investigating we have found out that this person was also rude to the sales manager. Sales manager also stated that when he made the final offer to you, your third party individual was on speaker phone with another individual who was making unprofessional remarks towards car salesman as well as car dealers. Miss Princess please understand we value everyone of our customer as well as everyone of our employees. As a organization we disprove exposing our staff to such unprofessional individuals to acquire a car sale. We have also looked into why you had to wait a while to received financing terms, we have discovered that you had requested a very aggressive APR, due to your request the finance team was negotiating with several banks to get the most competitive APR, please understand these negotiations sometimes tend to take sometime. Given the unprofessional nature of your third parties behavior as well as language, our sales manager made a decision to make a final offer to you, for you to make a decision. Sales manager also agreed that he was very direct with you as well as the third party when making the final offer. With the entire situation in mind we as a dealer will use this experience for training purposes going forward to better our organization in handling third party individuals.
