All of us at Lawence Kia are sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us. We do not "bait-and-switch" or use any other deceptive sales practices. We are a new dealership and are trying to build our clientele and we want to have a stellar reputation. Misunderstandings and mistakes do happen and we apologize for them when they occur and we do everything possible to rectify them. We price very aggressively, oftentimes at a loss, in order to build our clientele. Sale prices on new cars include all rebates, and oftentimes other incentives we receive from the manufacturer that we pass on to the consumer. The price online is a real price, we cut through the fog and tell you what it is without any of the confusing car-talk. Every car that we price as a sale car has a disclaimer on the web page explaining that the sale price includes all rebates that are available. We don't try to hide what we're doing to get to the sale price, we let you know how we got there. When someone puts a deposit on a car, that car isn't sold, often people change their minds. We do not remove a car from our site until the sale is finalized by completing the necessary title paperwork. To do otherwise would mean that a significant portion of our inventory would be offline and inaccessible to our customers at any given time. We would like to point out that if the car our customer wants isn't on the lot, we procure the car from another location and offer it at the advertised price. In the past we have gone so far as to have cars shipped hundreds of miles, at our expense, to honor our word. We hope you will give us an opportunity to prove to you that we honor our word and back up what we say.
