Experience was made very easy for a first time car buyer. everything was explained in detail with no confusion. All of the staff was friendly and professional. very good experience overall and would highly recommend and buy from againo.
I came to this dealership for the peace of mind of having my 2013 Ford Escape repairs be up to par. Even paid a hefty price for it. So imagine my disbelief when I get my car back and the battery is dead! I can’t even leave the lot because my newly ‘repaired’ vehicle will not turn on. So after getting it jumped and sent on my way I’m hearing a loud, unusual sound coming from inside my car. Turns out there was some sort of electrical error causing my CD player to constantly be draining my car- causing a brand new car battery to fail, leaving me stranded, alone at midnight in an unfamiliar city at one point. Despite my hardships following my visit here, the dealership refused to take responsibility on the issue even though they understand it did not arise until being in their possession. They simply said I could pay to have it diagnosed. I feel cheated and that peace of mind was quickly turned into panic. As I now have to pay a new, hefty bill for repairs to the damage I did not cause to my vehicle. Please do not let them put you through this as well.

I have mixed feelings about this dealership. This is the second car I purchased from the dealership. I enjoy working with the salesman Bill Barton I think he is excellent. But I do not feel like I get the best deal. I think BIll tries for his customers and I always feel confident until I get sent to another person in the dealership and I leave then with the impression I am not getting the best deal possible.
However, I trust BIll so I continue with the transaction. When Bill retires it will be unlikely I will purchase a car from this dealership.
