Keeps vehicles longer than needed. Does not give any up dates. Schedule an appointment when the shop opens up just to pick up at the end of the day. Ask the service members “why I scheduled an appointment at 7:20 a.m. and at 1 p.m. still no updates.” The response would be “ it just to check the vehicle in.” I leave my vehicle there for days problem still doesn’t get fixed and get told by members “we don’t know what wrong with it” and “it’s the same problem with every vehicle the same model.” I leave my vehicle for a day without any update saying or even letting me know that it was staying over night left without any transportation. More
