Danielle was very attentive and satisfied my service requirements along with going out of her way to ensure my vehichle was properly serviced after informing her about the tires not being rotated when t requirements along with going out of her way to ensure my vehichle was properly serviced after informing her about the tires not being rotated when they service technician had annotated it was complete when in fact it had not been completed. Overall satisfied with the customer serve however unsatisfied with the performance of the technicians. More

Went for oil change that costs $58.79. The oil filter was not replaced properly and about 5 quarts of oil leaked out from the top in the engine area. The service manager and a tech came and to the location w not replaced properly and about 5 quarts of oil leaked out from the top in the engine area. The service manager and a tech came and to the location where the car was parked and replaced the oil/filter. Took the car back to the dealership so the oil could be cleaned off. Overall, spent about 2 hours. I recommend this dealership if you do not have anywhere to be. Very, very friendly staff. More
