Too car in for recall. Went to pick up and engine light was on and won’t go in reverse. They tech said engine light was on upon arrival. It absolutely was not on when I drove it there and it has never been on. They also said it backed up when moved it out of the shop but it wouldn’t go in reverse for me. I am disputing these problems. Dealership was good, communication with service department/tech support was poor. Service tech said my homelink module needed replacing. ~ $945.00 He did not say what was bad about the module.. n department/tech support was poor. Service tech said my homelink module needed replacing. ~ $945.00 He did not say what was bad about the module.. no service code, no feed back. Sevice requested was to reconect my TPM system to the Homelink module. I received no information as to what indicated to the tech. that the module was bad. I felt that if the tech said it was bad that I should just pay the money. I felt he could not spend his time on just a small service request. More
