The service department is very congested, with barely enough room to drive up to the entrance. They’ve always done good work on my cars and it’s easy to get an appointment. This last time they neglected to rotate my tires like I had asked for when I made the appointment and at at check in, but the person checking me in “must not have heard you.” More
