In the past 4 years I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership. My last purchase I was very displeased with and have considered going elsewhere for future vehicles. The last few times I have been this dealership. My last purchase I was very displeased with and have considered going elsewhere for future vehicles. The last few times I have been to the service dept they all seemed confused and parts that were ordered were either lost, not ordered or on back order. Then when I call to check on the status I'm always told that they have no record of any part being ordered and trying to explain it to them each time is rather aggravating. My last oil change went fairly well, and they ordered the part that I needed back in February again and I was told hopefully it will be here mid July. I have always been a fan of Rams but again this last purchase experience and the lack of knowledge and communication they seem to be having has made me wonder if I really want to go through all that hassle. More
