I have never been taken advantage of me as a customer by any service center that I have ever visited as I did by your service center. When I arrived at the dealership to pick-up my vehicle they indicated that the charges for services was $255.00 because they found that one of the windows mechanism was defective and that it aquired additional charges, but the clerk could not explain what the additional charges were for. she just said that they have to take time to roll the window up, which was a lie, the window was never rolled-up, and it was evident that the mechanic never made an attempt to take the door panel out to inspect the window mechanism. At that momemt I remember an article I read about how some mechanics take advantage of aged people because they think that old people don't know much about anything. I will never ever do any bussiness with your company and will not reccomment your place to my friends and family.
