Not dependable or trust worthy. My O2 sensor was unplugged for no reason because what they were working on has nothing to do in that area and no reason to be unplugged. The actual work was good, however it took 4 months to actually get in to get the recall fixed. Unfortunately a piece of trim flew off on the highway after the work was done and they replaced it within tw actually get in to get the recall fixed.
