We did not have a great experience with this location. We came in to identify and fix a few issues with our vehicle and ended up with a bigger headache. They were able to repair one of the issues, but then we were told we needed to come in. When we came in, we were given our van back with a completely dead battery. This was blamed on us even though we only had it a year and had no battery issues. It was clear the battery was most likely dead from either being left on overnight or an overcharge issue. In either case we were told we needed to pay them to replace the battery and pay for labor (which was unacceptable) before they would continue work on our vehicle. The end state was we went to local auto store to purchase and replace the battery ourselves. I gave this 2 stars because the end state (repairs being made) was accomplished, albeit not in the manner I would have expected. I will not be returning to this facility for any more repairs or issues with either of my vehicles, nor would I recommend the services to anyone I know. More
