Not dependable or trust worthy. My O2 sensor was unplugged for no reason because what they were working on has nothing to do in that area and no reason to be unplugged. Need less to My O2 sensor was unplugged for no reason because what they were working on has nothing to do in that area and no reason to be unplugged. Need less to say my check engine light came on so it would have been another diagnostic fee if I would have returned but not going back even though they are in my town. I now drive to another town to go to a different dealership. Girl helping did not put any info in to system the initial visit so last two visits had to go over everything again More

Will be returning for another service and I pray they work with me to fix what they didn't fix the first time around. The actual work was good, however it took 4 months to actually get in to get the recall fixed. Unfortunately a piece of trim flew off on the highway after the work was done and they replaced it within tw actually get in to get the recall fixed.
