I took my 2014 Ram in for a heater core. They repaired the heater, but I firmly believe the mechanic broke my Exhaust Gas Temperature (EGT) probe and turn signal switch in the process. I spoke with different managers to work a resolution over several days and a return trip to complete the service. The dealership did cover the turn signal switch repair for $250ish, but I absorbed the $155 EGT probe repair. The manager also provided me with a courtesy vehicle while the second turn signal repair was completed in time for my Colorado Christmas trip. Overall, I paid 50% more for the same heater core repair in Lawton than the exact same service in 2020 at a dealership in NC. And I paid for the EGT probe that I firmly believe was broken by the mechanic. I would not recommend Lawton CJDR for service. More
