Pricing was not what should have been. They are crooked and does misleading ads. No one wants to help. I will turn into BBB. I tried to talk but got very frustrated. I turned my ram in earlier in the month and I’m still waiting on 3 items to be resolved for over 3 weeks now. My uconnect is jacked my truck was there for 4 days and was told they couldn’t get the softwa waiting on 3 items to be resolved for over 3 weeks now. Then the defrost module for the rear window had come detached and the solution was to order a whole new rear window versus Re Attaching the defrost module back to window. I knew I just should have driven the extra miles to Patterson in WF to see Henry who cares about his customers and would have had all this taken care of by now. My fault for choosing convenience over proven reliability. I’m a senior leader on Fort Sill and I will not be recommending any of my junior soldiers to visit Lawton Chrysler Jeep I will be sending them to Wichita Falls Patterson More

I've had my truck serviced here a few times over the past year and a half. The service has been slowly improving during that time period. Early last year I had my drivers side mirror cowling replaced under w year and a half. The service has been slowly improving during that time period. Early last year I had my drivers side mirror cowling replaced under warranty repair. During that visit one of the service techs broke the mirror and it needed replaced. I waited a few weeks for the part to come in and it was replaced but the self retracting mirrors did not retract correctly and continue to cycle a few times before opening or closing. Yesterday, I brought up this issue to the service department to see what going on with them. He said it could probably be reset somehow. I was informed by the service guy that the mirror system needed replacing in its entirety. No problem I thought until he said it would cost $200(deductible) to replace them using my extended warranty. I asked why I would have to pay that deductible if it was caused by the service department. He stated that it was probably caused by a car wash attendant pushing in the mirrors. I wash the truck by hand at home in the driveway so it isn't possible for that to have happened. I don't appreciate the insinuation and the additional time I will need to spend getting this repaired for the 3rd time! More
