Thank you for your feedback from your recent service visit to Lawton CJD. Let me wholeheartedly apologize for the mistake made with the use of MOPAR synthetic instead of Mobil 1. Communication within the team failed. You also questioned pricing. Inflation has been happening all around us and that is the price differential that you had an issue with. I spoke with you and offered to give you a discount and you turned that down. We did make it right by installing the oil you wanted in the vehicle.
