I came in and asked to have my vehicle done in 3 days for a repair. It was an unrealistic expectation but after a fast assessment for what my truck needed, they informed me that they would work to make sure a repair. It was an unrealistic expectation but after a fast assessment for what my truck needed, they informed me that they would work to make sure they met my demand. But their good customer service and their patience with me helped me understand that my vehicle needed more work than I thought. They helped me out as fast as they could and were great with commission. Highly recommend this location. More

I have only have my car for 1 month and have had to bring it to the service dept twice. Each time I got a loaner vehicle that was not of equal value or more like I was told. Dealing with Shaun Hamilton has b it to the service dept twice. Each time I got a loaner vehicle that was not of equal value or more like I was told. Dealing with Shaun Hamilton has been the worst during this ordeal. He has no customer service. He does not listen nor understand the customer's wants and needs. I do not recommend dealing with him. Also, the service dept wait room is very small. More
