I was supposed to get my car back the day I took it in for check engine light. I dropped it off at 9am I began to call at 1pm for an update. No one answered but I got an automated text assuring me that my for check engine light. I dropped it off at 9am I began to call at 1pm for an update. No one answered but I got an automated text assuring me that my vehicle status was being checked on and I would receive a call shortly, sadly no one ever called. Service department closed on Friday with no one calling to give me an update. I called the sales department to see if someone could help me at least pick up my vehicle and they told me everyone was gone from Service and I would have to call tomorrow after 8 AM. On Saturday I picked up my vehicle. I was told they were very busy Friday and did not end up finishing my vehicle until the end of the day. I would’ve at least appreciated a phone call to tell me the status so I could plan since that’s my only mode of transportation. After all of this trouble, I’ve decided to sell my Pacifica and move to a Toyota where I hope to have a better service experience . I spoke to my Service Advisor Saturday before I left and asked if your dealership would be interested in purchasing it. She said they might be and she would have someone call me. No one has ever called me. I even replied to the “personal” follow up text today and no one has responded. This is clearly an automated texting system and it is very frustrating, especially when the dealership closes for the day without giving buyers any information on their vehicle. More
