Well lets just say this, if the quality of work they supposedly did to our vehicle after being in their service department from 1/18/2024 - 4/29/2024, is the "BEST THEY CAN DO" you better take your busi supposedly did to our vehicle after being in their service department from 1/18/2024 - 4/29/2024, is the "BEST THEY CAN DO" you better take your business somewhere else. Cause our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 is already back in another dealership, and has been for the last six days {5/20/2024 - to current date} for the same stuff that their mechanics said was: "NORMAL OPERATION". Well when they have to get ENGINEERS from corp. involved, and they are puzzled on why the other dealership said it was normal, then that is when people should start to wonder.
