Thank you for your feedback from your recent service visit to Lawton CJD. We strive to fix every vehicle right the first visit, but it appears that we have fallen short. I personally spent time with your vehicle on your 2nd visit when you brought it back to our facility. Unfortunately, we have had issues duplicating the concern that you were having. We had a master technician assigned to your vehicle both times it was in. We asked you to ride with a technician to show him what you were feeling but you did not bring it back to our facility. Rest assured, we did install the parts and completed the maintenance on the vehicle that you paid for. While it's understandable that you may not feel entirely satisfied with the outcome, I urge you to provide an accurate review, avoiding any misleading claims.
