Communication is of the utmost importance to us and it appears that we did not meet your expectations. We know that your vehicle was here for body/PDR repair and unfortunately the timeline on that type of repair is much longer than normal service work. The insurance companies have added quite a bit of time to the process due to the inaccurate estimates that have been completed by them,. I empathize with you on the cost of vehicle repairs and the cost of mechanical breakdown protection. But the up front cost of the plan in this case would have been less then the repairs that were completed on your vehicle.
