Outstanding service tech, Barbara. I just came in to get some information and to schedule an appointment for the following week. I didn't have the information that I had done earlier this year but Barbara listened to my concerns and found what I needed to put down to finish the maintenance to my vehicle. Barbara looked up my maintenance history and was able to provide me with the remaining required maintenance. When I asked for an appointment for the following week, she advised me I could finish the maintenance then, which saved me tremendously amount of time for my schedule the following was busy. She provided me with a ride home (thanks James, great advise and good company to and from my home). Excellent customer service. More

I have come to the conclusion that the service department does not own an air compressor. Every time (not just once or twice, but every) and even though I tell the advisor to remind them, my tires don’t get does not own an air compressor. Once they charged me for rotation and didn’t even do it so how do I know anything else actually occurs either. The advisor always assures me they look at the manufacturers air recommendations in the door. That’s a laugh. It’s 55 front 45 rear but no even bothers to try. I have to fix it myself every xxxx time afterwards. Frustrating. I also showed up for a scheduled appointment to be told I wasn’t showing up. I had received an email and a text on it. My truck was there from 9 am until 2:15 pm when I went in to say I had to have it. I live out of town. Not happy. More

The fact that I was told that they were googling how to fix my truck was a problem to me and I decided to take my truck somewhere where the techs were more knowledgeable, considering I was going to get charged “dealership” prices for service. If I wanted to have it googled I would’ve done it myself on a weekend. I knew not to expect much from a Lawton based company, but I was going for convenience. Next time I’ll just go to Duncan. Other than that, the salesman Bryce was amazing and he was as helpful as helpful could be. If Bryce worked somewhere else I’d make him my sales guy every time. More
