I've been having issues with my tire loosing over 10psi in a week, I brought my vehicle in once before and apparently a total of five people have looked at it and found no leak. That to me seems like a fau in a week, I brought my vehicle in once before and apparently a total of five people have looked at it and found no leak. That to me seems like a faulty tire. Another tire has a nail in it and I was immediately told I would have to replace it. I had to ask for the warranty information and then was told 'the warranty company said they wouldn't replace it but didn't say why'. That sounds like xx to me. IF they were called and truly didn't provide a reason why that's crappy on their part too but personally feel lied to that the company was even called. I understand that the day in question I didn't have an appointment for but I don't feel that is a reason to be discard. I feel like I was just potential sale as apposed to an already paying customer. My tires are less than a year old and I feel like more could have been done or I could've been given more information instead of the 'sorry about you' that I got More

I went in and got checked in. Colton came and talked to me about one of my recalls to make sure I was ok with sitting and waiting since it was going to take longer than expected.
