Could have been 5 stars.... I have no complaints about the service department. They were wonderful. I know that they did not vacuum the back hatch area. Honestly my 16 year does a better job at cleaning my car out than they did. More

I would go back to Kia when my credit score is higher or I have saved a larger down payment. Wish I had a better paying job to get the older model car I need. More

They didn’t let you walk around the lot, they show you the Vehicles they want to sell you, I haven’t bought a newer car in a long time, the next time I going to walk the lot and see if it’s something I might like other than the vehicles they push on you, and they look at your income and tell what you can afford like you don’t have other bills, now after having the car for a week it’s a nice car, but now I am stuck into a paying for a car that I probably would not have exactly choose. So be careful and no matter how excited you are about the possibility of owning/ or having a more modern vehicle, pick your own car! WALK THE LOT! YOU Choose what you want, don’t let them force their choices on you, the dealership will act like they given you a discount but they not! More

My salesman Reggie was incredible! After going to 4 other dealerships and walking out I expected the same thing from Lawton Kia. Reggie our salesman was outstanding and the only salesman out if 5 dealerships that pulled a clean car around, opened up all the doors, showed us features and did a COMPLETE walk around. Since I have been in BANKING finance (always in a credit union), my tolerance for bulls....is very low. If I could rate Reggie higher I would. If I was still in the business I would try to take Reggie away and teach him finance, that is how impressed I was with this young man. He listened, the most important criteria. Your finance man made nothing on me, I had my own financing with our credit union and did not buy any extras! That should tell you something. Reggie could have made money on me on the back end, but I guarantee Lawton Kia did alright on the front end. Win win. I was in banking for over 10 years before going into hospitality management. Don't loose Reggie or you will be loosing a diamond in the rough, polish him and he will make you money with every deal. He stuffed me in to a black van when I hate black cars, and now I love it. You should give Reggie an extra $hun as I'm not an easy sale. Your sales manager snapped me off like a tur... (Made $ on me) but I got exactly what I wanted and the deal was structured the way I needed it to be. So my overall was WIN WIN for both of us. I read your guidelines and I've never worked at a dealership or service center! Nobody in my family would ever think of working for a dealership, my husband is an engineer. We hate buying cars but this was a pleasant surprise for both of us. More
