Great Team! My relationship with Lebanon Ford started in the service department with John Nowicki when I moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion at My relationship with Lebanon Ford started in the service department with John Nowicki when I moved here 2 1/2 years ago. I owned a 2013 Ford Fusion at the time, he always took great care of me, he was professional and personable. The last time I took my car in for service, the air conditioner wasn't working. It was determined that the compressor needed to be replaced, which would have been at least a $2000 repair! John felt so bad and asked if I had thought about trading in my car. I said that I had but wasn't sure I would be able to work out a smart deal for myself. He wanted me to at least talk to someone about my options and personally took me to the sales room, which is when I met Bryan Pence. He was kind, patient, listened to my concerns and gave me some options to consider. I wasn't ready to make a decision at that point and he didn't pressure me to, which I appreciated very much. My Dad was helping me make a decision, and he had previously purchased a Ford Explorer from Russell Merten, which is how he got involved! He met with my Dad several times to work out a deal that was the best for me. I met with Danny VanWinkle to discuss my financing options, he was patient, didn't make me feel rushed (even thought it was past closing time), explained the extended warranty options thoroughly and gave me the time I needed to decide if I wanted to purchase one. I chose to do so, because I'm hoping to keep my new car for a long time and if another big ticket item needs repaired, I'll be covered. So, when I left with my new 2017 Ford Escape, it was a direct result of John, Bryan , Russell and Danny taking the time to care and working to get exact the car I wanted! I appreciate each of you and the part you played in this process! More

Keep going back I bought my first Ford in 2012, a Focus. After some problems I went to Lebanon Ford and they put me I a brand new 2016 Fusion. I came back the next ye I bought my first Ford in 2012, a Focus. After some problems I went to Lebanon Ford and they put me I a brand new 2016 Fusion. I came back the next year and I wanted a better Fusion and so Freeda sat down with me and we explored options and I got a 2017 Fusion SE 2.0 Ecoboost. I love it and love the people at Lebanon Ford.
