My credit had recently taken a turn after some some ex-husband debt reared it's ugly head, so we weren't very hopeful. Jacob was hard at work even before we met him finding a lender who would work with my credit score. He really listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and picked out a beautiful minivan that came loaded with the works! He was patient as we requested to see other vehicles, took forever deciding which one to go with (we ended up with the minivan), questioned every document we signed, and even tried to find some wiggle room in the pricing. He was so personable, we felt very comfortable going through this process with him. I wouldn't hesitate in a heartbeat to send any of my friends and family to see him. More
