Best dealership I have ever experienced doing busness with. Every dealership we ever been to would set us up for an appointment and we wouldn't hear from them until the day of the appointment, only to check Every dealership we ever been to would set us up for an appointment and we wouldn't hear from them until the day of the appointment, only to check to see if we were still coming. Then they would have us look at what they had on their lot and if we did select a car from them we ended up spending hours talking to potential lenders and completing paperwork. With Steve Zaranski, Lee Credit Now-Auburn, he started looking for a car and a leaner from the moment he received our online application (on Monday). He called us back several times during the week informing us of the potential cars and lenders. During this time he also collected additional information to ensure that when we showed up for our appointment (Saturday of the same week) that everything was ready to go. Since the car that we were going to look at was not on his lot he made sure that it was on his lot by the time of our appointment. We ended up getting the car and this was the best experience we have ever had at a car dealership. Steve made sure that before we left we know everything we needed to know about the car and previous owner.
