Very pleasant experience! My wife and I saw a vehicle at the Bangor location, and called on Monday. That vehicle had just sold. Melissa asked us what we were looking for in My wife and I saw a vehicle at the Bangor location, and called on Monday. That vehicle had just sold. Melissa asked us what we were looking for in a new vehicle, We told her we needed 4 wheel drive, full size, fair condition etc. Then I said we really would like a Suburban, but we couldn't afford one. She directed us to one they had in Elsworth. It was exactly what we wanted, but didn't think we could do it. Melissa had the Suburban delivered to the Bangor location for us to look at anyways. We went in to see it 15 minutes before they closed. The truck was beautiful! A deep burgundy, and in really nice condition. Melissa showed us what they could do, and to make a longer story shorter, 2 hours later (way after closing time) we left in our burgundy Suburban. Lee made it affordable for us. We are extremely pleased with the truck, the company and especially Melissa (the manager T. J. was very nice also)! Please give them a try if you are shopping for a vehicle. Absolutely NO pressure, no stories, no bull-crap, and no "sales tactics". Just very good vehicles and a very honest staff. I may be biased, but if you are in the Greater Bangor area, go see Melissa! I think that you will be pleased. I have waited a month to write this review, because I think that everyone is happy when they drive away, But issues can arise in the first month, but not in this case. We are happier today they when we took delivery! More

Starting off with a series of emails Steve made this process very low stress and explained everything to the fullest. There was no pressure and no hassling, just simple honesty and quick wit that Steve won us over with. He sold us a Ford Flex, which was beautiful, but we had a couple of concerns about it that we shared with Steve. Without hesitation Steven took care of all of our concerns, and put us at ease. I highly recommend Steve and this dealership!! They will work with you to get you into the vehicle you want. Thanks again Steve, and I hope we can do business again sometime in the future!!!!! More

They earn the Dealer of the Year Award Robin & Lee Credit made my car buying experience very satisfying. Over the course of a month I dealt with 4 different auto dealerships in my auto search and Lee Credit outshone the competitors by far. Robin went out of her way to help me get the car that I wanted in the most accommodating and non intrusive manner; she defies the old stereotype of a car salesman. Lee Credit brought cars to the Ellsworth Location from one of their sister sites in southern Maine, twice, so I could look them over and drive them. Now, and even after the sale of the vehicle to me, they have followed through with taking care of a couple of minor issues such as providing a second key, at no charge, and providing another vehicle for me to use while having it done. I will buy my next car at Lee, hope Robin is still there! More
