Better than a Dealership by far!!! I called Lee Credit for a pre-approval. I first spoke with Cassie and the other girls in Financing. They worked magic with my credit ( lack of) Then sent me to the sales person. Travis was fabulous! He listened to what I needed and fit me with a WONDERFUL vehicle. Travis was more than accommodating, came in on his day off to work with me.. Then... so I didnt have to drive almost 2 hours he had my SUV delivered to me..ON A SATURDAY!! I have had some association with others sales personnel at another location and was not so satisfied. But Travis and the Ellsworth location showed me it was the person I dealt with not the company.. And that was SOO true!! I wont be giving my vehicle up for a while but when I do I will be returning to Ellsworth and will be dealing with Travis!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! More

I had been looking off and on for a car at other dealerships, and was not impressed with the sales pitch, nor the marketing of their cars. My wife and I bought a 2008 Jeep from Lee Auto Mall in Windham a couple years back and when it came time for me to get a second car, I wanted to stay within the company. I went to Credit Now first this time and found the 2012 Dodge I had been looking for. I started working with Erick, but finished with a different sales person after my test drive as he was busy with another customer. I was approved that day for the car, though I wanted a lower car payment and wanted to stay within my budget. They found the same model of car, with less miles and stayed perfectly in my price goal. When the bank even tried to renegotiate my loan terms after the initial offer, he got them to stick to their original terms and put me in the car that next business day. The best part was they even delivered the car to my office as I work the same time frame their are open and would not be able to get to the office before they closed. I have recommended this company to my family and would highly recommend to anyone else reading this, if you think you might be pressured at other places, you will find a very relaxed environment here, and very low pressure.
